Returns

To avoid having to return items, please read all item specifications before purchase, and call us with any questions prior to placing your order. Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery. All claims or damages must be shown to driver at delivery. After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items. M S Appliances does not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used or plugged in. M S Appliances reserves the right to refuse returns.

Refunds

We will only refund your order if the item was returned up to 14 days after the purchase date with original unopened, factory sealed packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Shipping

All items must be opened and inspected at the time of delivery. All damages must be reported immediately. Damaged products may be refused at the customer's discretion. Damaged products that are accepted must be signed for by the customer.
