LG washers is awful.

I bought this LG/washer dryer 3 weeks ago. I will never buy any LG products. Im totally un happy. Because the washing machine makes a loud and I mean extremely loud grinding noise. Its awful. I got exchange same thing happened. If I could give 0 stars. Thats what it would be. I believe its a defective part somewhere in this washer. By the way its a top load. The dryer does dry blankets well all. It took cycles the dry my blanket. Way to much time.

This machine is fine

This is fine but not what I expected. For example I was expecting I may be able to do more hours of soak but it is not possible on this machine. Maybe more hours of soaking is not required but LG doesnt communicate this. Also I was hoping I can get some steaming or sanitizing on my delicate cycle but I cant. I understand it is difficult to do but thats why I bought a high end machine. I was hoping LG has figured a way to was delicate clothes with steam or sanitizing or stuff. The thing is that a lot of my clothes are delicate and I put everything in the machine abd run the delicate cycle. One might say that its a bad idea but its really time consuming for me to do otherwise. Anyhow that was my life story Its a good machine but they could make it better.

This machine replaces the 20-year-old machine I had which still worked but did not have this much capacity. I found it very easy to install and with the large capacity the unit is hard to beat. I was able to washer a king size comforter with ease. I love the direct drive low noise motor. Great machine and I hope it is still running 20 years from now.

STILL DONT HAVE OUR WASHER

We ordered a washer and dryer almost 3 weeks ago. The process has been an absolute cluster in which we still do not have our washer. Not to mention when our dryer was delivered nobody installed it and the old one wasnt taken away. Someone from your Presidential Liaison team has connected with us and hasnt helped at all unfortunately. I dont know what else we need to do to get our washer but its been Uber frustrating. Nice and Quiet

Been using this washer since December and it works great Very quiet. I like the Turbo wash feature for a shorter time and the option to add extra water if you want. Since I am short in height I need to use a step stool to reach the bottom when taking out the clothes but no big deal. Would definitely recommend this washer.

Really great washer

I bought this washer a bit over a month ago after having a washer and dryer set that was 25 or more years old. I honestly didnt even realize how unclean our clothes were getting until we got a new set. This washer is AMAZING. our clothing smells so great its so clean its so soft. I love this model. I also really enjoy that you can hook it up to an app to get notifications. Our laundry room is deep in our basement do its nice I can get the notifications while Im upstairs so I know exactly when to go down and tend to it. We bought LG for most of our other appliances and I am so happy we got it for our washer as well.

Great but too many settings

Im satisfied with the washing machine. However it has too many settings. And the associated dryer wrinkle-free setting doesnt work on my wifes hospital scrubs.

Best Washer Ive Ever Owned

Ive had this washer for 8 months now. I waited to do a review until now to ensure we loved it and we do This is the best washer machine Ive ever owned. The variety of cycle features ease of use and wifi/app connection is great I work from home and love the notification I receive when the cycle is done. I did a lot of thorough research when we needed to replace our old set and this came out on top - Im so glad with this purchase. Buy it its worth it

We have had this washer for about a week and have done at least 20 loads of laundry. This washer replaced our 12 year old LG washer. So far we are very happy with the performance of the new machine. My wife really likes the steam wash feature

We bought this washer because of its capacity and ability to wash our California King comforter. Its also got some awesome features including Remote Start so you can load it in the morning and start the washer when youre out and it can be finished when you get home.

I did my research before picking this washing machine and then did further research about where to buy it. LG Online was top marks in every area. The machine arrived on time was installed and in use within an hour of arrival. The machine is high efficiency quiet and extremely large -- you can wash the largest comforter in here Almost too deep if that is possible. Definitely a five star purchase
