My wife did extensive research into front load washers. Electrolux was one of the top rated brands and was in our price range because of the manufacturer™€™s sale. It has all the features she wanted including a speed wash , and others. So far we are very happy with the machine.

The washer appears to work well but the installation that was part of the package was less than perfect. The machine was not levelled nor were the levelling feet locked. The first load of wash was very loud and the machine vibrated excessively and wandered across the floor several inches. I have levelled the machine and locked the levelling feet and now the machine is working well.

We recently purchased the electrolux stackable washer and dryer. We are extremely pleased with both units! The washer has great options and is excellent in water use. In the past we have had 'another nane brand ' and found it used so little water the clothes did not clean. The Electrolux so far has proven to be an excellent purchase.

Our repair man suggested Electrolux because he said he rarely has to work on one and when he does, he gets excellent support from Electrolux customer service. This washer is very quiet. Our last washer said quiet technology but it was not quiet at all. So far so good

This is the first new washer I have had in about 20 years, I love the choice of wash cycles and the ability to control the spin and other variables. It is a pretty quiet machine considering the size and I think it probably saves on water use (which is important as I have septic). Easy to figure out and my daughter-in-law brings a ton of laundry every time she comes to visit because she loves this washer.

This is my first foray into front load washers. Entirely a new washing process over my previous top loader. There was virtually no water in the tub and a minimal amount of suds. I contacted customer service, and they indicated that the water and suds is a function of the load size and the type of washing I choose. So far so good.

I had always loved front loaders til now. The design of the rubber boot is horrible. We have had much issues with our set. We have had the boot replaced once already, used the recommended cleaners, left door open, and I also use a more natural detergent at only 1-2 Tbsp per load. It's a vicious cycle of cleaning. How does one keep up with the ports at top of tube, who wants to find residue on their clothes, even after just cleaning the machine. No amount of scrubbing with their recommended cleaners, bleach soaking, baking soda/vinegar takes it all away. You can't even get into the area closest to drum efficiently. The dryer was also an issue the lint tray had no felt strip so that was replaced, than the fan motor was also replaced because of defect. Upon contacting company more than once, we were given the run around.. it's sad We payed more money to get what we thought was a better machine. The design is quite poorly done.When we gather the extra money, I'll go back to a whirlpool, we never had issues with them

I have to say I went by reviews to buy this and its just not doing it job at all. It is not washing anything and everything comes our smelling bad. I have tried 5 different detergents using varying amounts, extra rinse ect. everything I could think of but its simply not working. So now if I cant figure this out I will need a new washer and dryer and theses are brand new.

Wife say washer cleans well though it does beat up the clothes a bit more. Gets sudsy and you have to really limit the soap. Also will walk during the spin. Had to push it back into place a few times.
