Microwave oven keeps shutting down

I had my kitchen remodeled and bought this microwave oven combo to replace the double oven since I have a large hood over my stove. It was the biggest mistake getting this combo. It keeps breaking down. I've called the electrician 3 times. First time they put some sort of electrical box. After a couple of weeks, it broke again, they came back and updated our wiring and said the combo may require more power and I spent more money on wiring. Broke down again after a month. Electrician came back and said the wires are weak. It's just a crappy combo and not reliable. I'm pretty frustrated with the combo and Abt for not helping.

We waited seven months for the wall oven. Then seven months later the oven, microwave combo died. It is under warranty. Plus we purchased the extended warranty. Frigidaire customer service could care less. Needed to call after the time lapse as stated for repair service to call. Rep said they made the appointment for today. No show. Called Frigidaire again and got a run around. One excuse after another. If the unit is not repaired this coming week, we need to cancel our family coming for Thanksgiving. We should have waited for the GE oven to come in. Frigidaire your reputation is in jeopardy, if this is how you treat your consumers.

Great and versatile system

ere are many things to like about this microwave / wall oven combo. We are exploring ways to cook including using the microwave section like a toaster oven to melt cheese and bake / broil instead of just microwave. Also, we wil definitely be using the slow cook features to stop using our crock pot. Our unit is installed too high from the floor making the microwave challenging to open and get in and out of. An improvement would be to have a reversable Microwave door (like is common on refridgerators) so it could open either up or down depending on installation.

I™€™m loving my microwave & oven. I use the microwave more to heat up my coffee & other things as well. The oven is wonderful & doesn't heat up my kitchen like my stove did. It cooks everything perfectly! I™€™m looking forward to making Thanksgiving & Christmas dinner in it. I haven™€™t used the air fryer yet, but I got my air fryer cookware in & I can™€™t wait to try it.

This is an easy to use oven hat we like because of the dual use microwave oven that combines two appliances in one. Thanksgiving pie, dressing, turkey and potatoes no problem! My teenager jumped into the settings right away and figured it out so that means it ticks the box for frozen pizzas and popcorn too.

Very happy with my new appliance. I was so looking forward to using the air fry option. HOWEVER, the air fry tray is too small, which I believe is a Frigidaire problem. It's been a month since installation and have not been advised of a solution to the problem or if and when I'll receive the correct tray!

The unit only lasted a few days. I used the microwave and tested the oven. The installers returned and the power is fine but determined that the mother board might be defective. They suggested replacement. I bought this from Lowes. It was the only unit that fits into the existing cabinet. Lowe's says it is on backorder with no ETA. Thanksgiving is around the corner, and this would be a big issue for me and my family.I'm in my own business and I know things happen, but I need this resolved.

Buyer Beware! Microwave Door Switch Design Flaw and No Repair Parts!

Our new oven microwave combo unit stopped working after just 7 months of operation. It appears the microwave interlocking door micro-switches used in this unit and made in their Springfield, TN, factory are of poor quality; and the appliance's flawed electrical control design is such that two microwave door switches often fail, causing the internal 20-amp oven fuse to blow, then neither the oven nor the mircowave will work until the door switches and fuse are replaced. It's been 4 weeks since an Electrolux tech identified the problem and ordered the repair parts, however critical repair parts for this popular appliance are not available and may never be manufactured again as it appears the Italian factory that makes the microwave door interlocking micro-switch (A23243301 Interlock,Assembly, RH Safety) for the right side may be out of business!Frigidaire's parent company, Electrolux, is headquartered in Sweden, recently hired a new CEO from Brazil to run its North American operations. As a result, an American sense of urgency appears missing from this company's cultural identity, and I have experienced a cavalier attitude from all people with whom I have dealt. Critical repair parts are "back ordered" to repair our microwave-oven combo. This appliance is still being sold in "big-box" stores like Best Buy and Home Depot but the company is not able to repair common problems and do not stock their factory repair trucks with parts to repair these units.Beware .... even though Frigidaire appliances may be manufactured in Tennessee, its foreign parent, Electrolux, appears to have little respect for American customers.

I bought this combo right when it came out and it worked great for 6 months. All of the sudden the computer went out and I had no power to the microwave or oven. I reached out and they sent the wrong part twice. I have been without a microwave and oven for almost 4 weeks. Unacceptable for a $3500 oven(what I paid in Jan)

Lots of oven modes, and generally nice aesthetics, but the oven door is designed in such a way as to not close fully. This looks like a design defect and not a manufacturing defect, although it is difficult to fully ascertain. See photo. One functional plus is that the microwave and oven seem to have sufficient cooling to avoid electronic component failure in the longer term.

I'm always in awe at how an ordinary product can be massively improved. Such is the case with this new dishwasher. The old one was about 10 years old, so it's been a minute since I paid any attention to these washers. First off the dishes and silverware come out sparkling clean and completely dry. The biggest breakthrough in my opinion is the third row silverware tray. This feature is absolute genius. It's easy to load and it frees up space in the bottom rack. Lastly this washer is whisper quiet. Ok, this is the last point: a green floor lit indicator light tells you the cycle is complete. I absolutely love this machine and my hat's off to the team that brought it to market.

We've only had the 2 ovens installed for a month, but so far, everything works well. I love the slide out rack. We have yet to try the air fryer and other goodies, but looking forward to checking them out. One concern is the oven timer automatically shuts off the oven at the designated time. That is a problem when baking bread, etc. If I can't figure out a work around, I'll switch to another timer.

Within 1 month of receiving it, the control board died, leaving this as a $3,000 paperweight. Frigidaire customer service is a call center overseas that will not help resolve the issue. We have now been 3 weeks without any help. Multiple repair technicians have come but for various excuses cannot fix this. We're now 3 weeks of eating out and unable to cook food in our brand new kitchen.

I love my new oven and microwave, just two small but super annoying daily issues like thorns on a rose. It appears that the clock loses 60-90 seconds a day. No big deal for a day, but 5-10 minutes over the week. That's enough for my kids to miss their school bus if they're going by the kitchen clock! My second problem is there was not a ring under the microwave glass tray to keep it stable when food is rotating around. Sometimes everything is centered and balanced and sometimes we have to readjust mid-cooking to take out the wobble sounds. Irritating for sure. Baked items come out like a dream, the kids are enjoying their snacks from the convection, and it looks so sleek!
