Rubber feet fall out of metal grids

3 month old product. Rubber feet fell out of griddle. Creates an unsafe cooking surface due to unstable griddle now wobbles. Obvious product defect is not warranties and was told I had to buy a kit of rubber parts to fix the defective grids. NOT HAPPY with Frigidaire products. Definitely will be sharing my disappointment with others.

New stove top

I bought this stove top in black about 18 mos ago. The power boil is amazing. Cooks great. The one problem is cleaning. The bottom just smears no matter what I do. I bought a custom stove mat that lines the bottom.

Frigidaire 36" Gas Cooktop

We remodeled our kitchen and wanted to replace our very old gas cooktop. The Frigidaire 36" gas cooktop is a beautiful, black cooktop with 5 burners that all work perfectly. I adjusted the flames on all the burners because on the lowest setting the flames wore to high for simmering. They're now perfect.

I purchased this cooktop in September of 2020. It took awhile to be delivered due to COVID-19 which is understandable. Once I received it I absolutely loved the look of it! I so happy that I made this purchase. It completely changed the look of my kitchen to make it look more up to date. Very happy!

Not only is this cooktop a beautiful attraction in any kitchen, but it is a fabulous appliance. It cooks with such ease, and holds a perfect temperature to where you set it, and is very easy to clean. Replaced a stainless steel cooktop that had several scratches and nicks after only a few years of use. The Frigidaire Gallery cooktop has a clean look and the black porcelain is easy to clean and maintain. Burner flames can be adjusted from very low to very high which allows for excellent cooking options.

This cooktop is the best buy anyone could possibility purchase. I installed the cooktop myself. Easy to follow directions and I am 70 years old. I was so proud that I invited the neighbors over to check it out. They were amazed how well built the product was. Easy clean up, Easy to use, just adjust the burners to your liking and your ready to go. You can slide your pots from burner to burner with ease. Cooktop is black and just beautiful to look at. The stovetop was a part of a kitchen remodel. The old stovetop was only a 4 burner and the knobs were on the right side. This new one has 5 burners and the knobs are on front. It was easy to install and works great. The only hitch was that our new granite countertop is thicker than the anchors, that came with the stovetop, could accommodate so I had to fabricate a couple of my own anchors. We also added a drawer in the space underneath the stovetop. The wife is very happy.

I have had this installed for about a month now. It's a very nice looking stove top. It was installed in a 36" cabinet base which didn't leave any room to clamp it down with the clamps that were provided. We ended up having to cut into both cabinet bases on either side of the one we installed it in so we could clamp it down. The only complaint I have is that it sits up a few inches over the counter top. I have a above stove top microwave so my large water canning pot won't fit.

We recently did a kitchen upgrade and bought this range to replace the existing out-dated one. it is the only range we could find that provided commercial quality features at a price to keep our remodel within budget. This range also is the only one we found that had a small enough footprint to fit within standard cabinets without having to make extensive upgrades that would make us loose valuable space.

We purchased this cooktop in Sept 2017, it was delivered in Oct 2017 & it was installed in Dec 2017. It seems to cook ok but I didn't use the middle "power burner" until a few months after in was installed.The first time I used it I found cracking in a semi circle around the raised area of the enamel around the burner! I'm told this is cosmetic & not covered under warranty! This is a pricey cooktop & for it to crack after one use there was either a defect in the enamel or the burner is defective & gets too hot! I do not use that burner & Frigidaire will do nothing! Very disappointed! Buyer beware!
